Showcased here are a collection of castings and finished product for the Jewelry and Giftware Industry created from master models. The role of the Modelmaker is a blending of skills that combines artist, craftsman, sculptor, engineer and manufacturing specialist into one. Traditionally this was done entirely by hand. In modern times the use of 3D CAD software has become an increasingly more common. The level of detail put into such a small space can make this task very challenging but worth it. The result something based of aesthetic beauty while still being manufacturable.
